These Photo Walks are meant for those who want a hands-on
learning photo experience with their cameras. They will be
walking safaris, limited in distance to a few city blocks and will not require tripods. This
safari is ideal for those with point-and-shoot cameras and entry
level D-SLR bodies who feel like they would like some professional
guidance in taking photographs, learning exposure and composition. Given the
diverse locations, like the Exeter City Murals, Moonstone Beach
in Cambria, downtown San Francisco, Morro Bay Marina, Paso Robles
Wineries, and the Cambria Scarecrow Walk - there will be
many interesting subjects to photograph and learn the different functions of the
camera and the techniques behind taking great images. This will be a low stress, low
cost, easy opportunity to learn about photography.
We meet at 9:30am in the City of Exeter and shoot until
we break for lunch around 12-12:15. The exact spot of meeting will be determined just
before the safari. The cost is $80. After this safari you will be
eligible for a 20% discount on future photo safaris.
